Lucas van Woerkum and French horn player Rob van de Laar (winner of the Dutch Music Prize 2017) are developing a new concert experience. In a film concert the live performance of Brahms’ Horn Trio op.40 is interwoven with film scenes.
Brahms rarely talks about his feelings but rather expresses his inner life in music. But when he comes home from the funeral of Clara Schumann, he reveals his true character to his friend and biographer Max Kalbeck. For information on this project please don´t hesitate to get in contact with me!
